Aged Domains and the Affiliate Challenge 2010

As you may have read from the e-mail I sent you or if you found this blog post via search engine I’ve been doing a lot of research and buying a few select aged domains.

I do this because the link power is greater on domains which already have age on them and already have an existing link network. You cannot just trust the little page rank bar though because it’s updated too infrequently.

Also when I say aged domain I’m talking about using either SEO for Firefox plugin, SEO quake plugin, or Market Samurai to see how old it is in the Google index. How old Google thinks it is is all that really matters.

Many people mistakenly think just because they buy a domain it starts aging. You have to put up a blog or some kind of simple html site and get a few backlinks to it so the Google spider will find it. Once Googlebot sees it then it goes into the Google index and starts aging.

So don’t be deceived by someone who wants to sell you a domain that they said they bought back in 2001 but has never had a website live on the domain. If it’s just been sitting in their domain registrar account clicking dust then it’s as if it was only a day old.

Now onto the exciting news of the day as you’ve probably seen Anik Singal has created and is promoting Affiliate Challenge 2010. The whole premise is to do a few simple things that are different from what you’ve been doing so that you can actually make changes and profits in the new year.

This concept I agree with and want to support you in so you can finally breakthrough and make money with your business venture in 2010.

I’ve had some success and really love affiliate marketing because you don’t have to deal with any product or customer service issues. You just do a little keyword research, drive the traffic and you make money.

These are the CPA networks that I’m working with and if you want to be able to do some offers where you can get paid just for generating leads and not have to generate sales then this is what you need to do and I recommend you choose one or more of the networks below to get signed up with so you can start getting paid:

There seem to be literally hundreds of these but the ones listed are some of the top networks and the ones I’m working with right now. Also next week I’ll be showing you a look inside my click bank account and maybe one of my CPA affiliate accounts as well as a cool resource which will save you a ton of time looking at all the offers and finding out which network is giving you the best payout.

Because believe it or not different networks will pay different amounts for the very same offer and you want to make sure you’re maximizing the money you’re making. It costs you the same amount of time to research and setup and money to drive traffic to certain offers so you want to ensure the maximum payout.

This semi secret resource will save you tons of time because instead of having to login to each of your accounts and keep a spreadsheet to find out who is paying the most you can get it all in this one central location.

Sometimes people ask me, “Why do I need to sign up with multiple CPA networks because most of the top ones have all the same offers anyway?”

This can be true but isn’t always the case because sometimes a network will get an exclusive offer. And also like we just discussed the payouts can be vastly different.

So these are two very important reasons why you want to have 7 to 10 different CPA accounts.
